A sprawling backyard with a beautiful view of the golf course just across the water. Enjoy one covered 1 slip dock with swim deck complete w kayaks, SUPs, float and fun galore! - Old Kinderhook golf resort including golf, restaurant and other amenities - Lake (quiet cove) with private dock - Outdoor Swimming Pool (residence pool) at resort - short drive or walk - Indoor swimming pool at resort (for small cost) Stunning gated neighborhood located in the premier Old Kinderhook Golf Resort. Community amenities include pools, golf, tennis, gym, spa, restaurants, private marina - just to name a few! Our property also comes with two boat slips if you bring or rent a boat. It is possible to walk to semi-private resident pool as well as to private marina if you use our slip to dock your boat. Every place is accessible by car as well.
