Get ready to relax in this 5-bedroom house at Lake of the Ozarks. This gorgeous property features 5 king beds and 2 queen bunk beds, perfect for a large group of guests. Sleeps 18+, has 4.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 living rooms, 2 decks, 3 private balconies, 2 screened covered porches, outdoor BBQ, gentle sidewalk to dock. Dock, swim platform, and high dive. Has a large driveway to park 8 cars & a basketball hoop.

8 miles to Camdenton Walmart, 8 miles to The Cave Bar & Grill by car & 1 miles by water.

Must be 25 years or older to rent, no exceptions.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property.

No pets.

We supply bath towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soaps, and laundry detergent.

There are 3 security cameras on the property - one at the front door, one at the garage doors facing the driveway, & one on the house facing the dock.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be in the dumpsters at the end of the driveway. With the lid closed. Trash Pick up is Tuesdays.
Any trash that doesn't fit, you must haul off.
Take all dirty towels to laundry room floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
