One of the newer hotels we stayed in. Our check in/out was so easy. Customer service was wonderful. Wished we remember the check in clerks name. She was a joy.

Room tile carpet was stained and pulling up in certain places in room. Set up critical 6;00 AM wake up call at front desk and it never came. Luckily I woke up on my own at 6:20 but really inexcusable in a hotel.

The room I had smelled musty and the carpet in the center of the room was coming up from the floor. The toilet seat was so loose I had to tighten it myself. I did tell hotel staff about the issues when I checked out. Over all the hotel looks to have had some very low quality workmanship when it was built and it shows. I will not stay there again nor would I recommend it. For this price I expected way more.

IT WAS VERY CLEAN STAFF WAS GRACIOUS AND FRIENDLY ROOM WAS LARGE AND VERY CLEAN COMFORTABLE BED THERE WERE A FEW NEGATIVES WORTH MENTIONING........AIR CONDITIONER NEEDED CLEANING. DIRTY FILTER AND NOISEY, BATHROOM COMMODE VERY SHORT NO HANDICAP EQUIPMENT SHOWER DOOR WOULD NOT STAY CLOSED. POOL WAS A PREVIEW FOR THE POLAR BEAR CLUB. INTENSELY COLD. BREAKFAST WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT, ESPECIALLY THE CURDLED MILK. WHICH BY THE WAY WAS NOT OUTDATED. JJST SPOILED......
