"Cigarette smoke in bathroon and towels smelled of it as well. Listed as a non-smoking hotel. Staff did nothing to remedy situation. Just apologies. "

"Everything impressed me from the moment I walked in. The front desk was well represented by a very personable young lady when I checked in, and another when I checked out. They pay attention to the details. The hotel in general and my room specifically, were very well maintained and very clean. If I pass within 50-miles of this hotel, I will stay here again. "

"Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. "
