"The staff was very supportive and nice. However, nobody informed us that we have to pay for beverages in the fridge ( in Rome were free). In addition, the carpet does not look clean in the room. I got a new room because of it. Than, the green area after 7.30 was closed for some events. Lastly, breakfast was very good. "
