"Adequate room but deep in interior of building, and very warm. No air conditioner. I asked for a fan. Nope. I asked to change rooms to the front to maybe catch some cooler air. Nope. Decent enough manager - he comped me a beer one night at the bar downstairs - but customer service went only so far. ..."

"Fantastic place, had all amenities like kettle, coffee machine, hob, tiaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and micro. Nice little balcony and lift to the 7th floor. "There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline.
