If you are going to Deny my REVIEW, got the 5th time please reach out to me and tell me HOW it is going against any of the rules. I have had a horrible experience with this property and I think it’s ONly fair that I can leave my HONEST feedback, I have not used ANY profanity, nor have I used names, prices or broken ANY of the rules when it comes to leaving a review. I had the absolute worst experience with this hotel property, staff and management as well as with the pool being closed down due to unsanitary reasons. I still was charged the full amount, and Expedia tried to make it right for me. However, I will be contacting a Expedia Manager regarding the reason that my review keeps getting denied. I have revised it 5 times now and will be reaching out to them or feel free to reach out to me.
