"The room was implacable and all staff have been extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. The food was varied and very nice every day. Good list of cocktails and the bar staff would also happily give you something that is not on the list or make all the twists you asked for, and they would remember you even though the resort was very busy. Didn’t use the parking so cannot comment on that. We had a perfect 8 night stay and would very happily return to the resort. "

"Fresh breakfast free daily. Eggs made to order waffles etc ect ect. Very quiet. Very good people staying there. Away far enough from the party on Jaco beach. Very safe. Even left my $200.00;pair of sneakers to dry in the sun. Still there when I returned. Very accommodating staff. Just commicate your needs and wants and it probably will happen. First time to Costa Rica and the people i met and the staff were extremely nice friendly and willing to share their experiences so you can make a decision on what you want to do. Awesome job pumilio staff. Very impressive. I have stayed atvthe waldorf in NYC and Hyatt grand central. And i received better service at pumilio Thank you again!"

"Everything is first class all the way. You are treated with respect and professionalism. The staff are all very nice. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are well stocked with towels and accessories. "It just wasn't what we were expecting. The sunset views and the beach, well Playa Blanca was breathtaking. Playa Mantas was pretty dirty and we only stayed there long enough to find out how to get to Playa Blanca. The breakfast was probably the best part and most accurate. I was traveling with my mother and we both have mobility issues. Maybe I did not research enough but I was under the impression that the beach was "steps" from the resort and they could accommodate mobility issues. We requested a room with h"
