Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared broken. Over all it was okay for a one night quick stay but was happy that was all. Needs renovations. Also traffic on the road was noisy all night long.

We spent four nights in a double room with breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and exactly as we would have expected for this hotel. Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. It is situated on side of the canal in Cannaregio, close to three stops (Tre Archi, Crea, Guglie) that give access to the wonderful vaporetto boats and the Alilaguna to and from the airport. We actually chose to arrive by shared water taxi which delivered us to the Tre Archi stop right outside the hotel. Cannaregio is a great area to stay as it is much quieter than most of the city which remains within easy reach on foot or by boat. The quiet canals to the north of the hotel and the Jewish Ghetto area are a great place for a stroll. If we come back to Venice we almost certainly stay here again.

Really nice hotel in Venice. We booked multiple rooms as we have 2 teenagers. Both rooms were nice.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly
