Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is exhausting after a long flight with 10 people. The house was not clean, we walked in and there were empty beer bottles on the counter. The cabinets with utensils had spider webs and we wiped the counters and there was a layer of dust/film on them. Would not recommend or book again.
