Great hotel for the price. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach and several restaurants. Helpful staff when we had questions about the area, transportation etc.

The location was in very beautiful area but few staff members were not nice and not professional at the restaurant (specially during dinner ) They talked very bad to us. At the reception desk everybody was very nice and helpful.

We visited the Leonardo Royal on the last week of the 23/24 season and absolutely loved it so booked to return. We arrived on 10th April to pandemonium. They had work men working in the reception area and at various parts of the hotel. The hotel felt like it wasn’t ready and we were told that they had only opened that day despite having a target date of the 1st of April. Most disappointing was the lack of customer care/service and in some cases rudeness of staff. Thanks to Expedia we relocated to another hotel.

A szállás mindenben megfelelt az ajánlatban szereplő ígéreteknek. Későn (éjfél után) érkeztünk, a bejárat zárva és csak egy kis tájékoztató az ajtó mellett, miszerint ha az aktó már zárva, fordulj a recepcióhoz! Némi kutakodás után derült ki, hogy a recepció az utca túloldalán lévő másik szállodában működik 👍
