The Beach House is a detached house on the beachfront, in its own private gardens with a private pool and is situated in the small resort of Illetas with the luxury of direct access to a private sandy beach. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and on a bus route to neighbouring resorts and the city of Palma.

A beautiful house with sea views and a nice mix between the traditional Mallorca style and the most current design style, an ideal place to spend your holidays with family or with friends. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 2 twin and all with their own bathroom. It has a great open-plan kitchen and a large terrace for outside dining with sea views. BBQ and wifi.

Here you can enjoy the true Mallorca lifestyle. You will discover the perfect place to enjoy the beach and the beautiful city of Palma with it’s famous cathedral. Portals Nous and Bendinat are close by, as are nice cosmopolitan restaurants, lovely beaches and supermarkets etc.

The terrace and pool area have the sun all day during the summer, there are parasols provided for shade. There is Spanish Digital TV which is possible to change language to English for programmes and movies with original English language sound tracks. The TV is a Smart TV and it's possible to use accounts such as Netflix if you have it.

We don't accept bookings for Stag/Hen/batchelor type groups/parties. If a single sex group is accepted it will require the owners approval and an increased security deposit payment is likely.
