"A welcoming warm staff at arrival, and at breakfasts. Rooms were well appointed, based on paid for upgrade. Very considerate house keeping where you may choose “on demand” cleaning times. Great location near the beach, marina, shops, restaurants and bars not to mention the Alicante market. Would definitely return. Staff attentiveness was great. "

"The hotel was mordern, clean and my room was spacious with a nice view of the Basilica Santa Maria and some of the Castle.
The reception staff were welcoming and helpful.
The hotel is situated in an area where you can walk to most places and good transport links.

"The apartment was awkward to access upon arrival as the app lock didnt work and we were directed to a safe box to collect the key. Apartment was presented clean and tidy. Clean bedding and sheets. Additional towels would have be of benefit. Balcony was great to relax and chillout on. A basic welcome pack would be benificial a few more coffee pods tea sugar milk etc. We would stay again without hesitation"
