Luxury studio "Duinblick" by the sea in Callantsoog right on the beach

Luxury studio in the beautiful seaside resort of Callantsoog.

The studio has a spacious kitchen with a. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combi microwave and a cozy dining area with seating for 4 people.

The modern bathroom is completely new with toilet, walk-in shower, sink and towel radiator

The cozy living room has a stressless armchair, a 2.5-seater sofa and a TV with KPN subscription and 15 German channels. There is also WiFi.
There is also a luxury folding bed (90x200 cm) with a 12 cm foam mattress and spiral bottom.

In the bedroom you can dream away on a luxury electric box spring bed. A large wardrobe offers enough space for all your luggage.

Outside you will find a private parking space and a sunny terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the day.

The studio is separate from our house and has its own entrance.

There is also a bbq for convivial evenings.

Felt like home

Callantsoog is my happy place, since my family's been coming here for decades. I’ve seen different houses and bungalows but this studio truly felt like home. The interior and kitchen equipment is phenomenal. You’ve got everything you could possibly need! Stefanie and her family put a lot of love in this beautiful house - you can feel it as soon as you step in. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back as soon as possible!🌷

Gemütlich und super Lage

Ich war jetzt schon zum dritten Mal in dieser Unterkunft, was ja allein schon dafür spricht. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, in 10 Minuten am Strand und im Dorf. Gerne wieder!

Heel fijn verblijf, dicht bij strand en dorp, het huisje was echt van alle gemakken voorzien en eigenaresse was zeer behulpzaam bij de lastminute vragen. Ik kan het zeker aanbevelen

Uns erwartete eine - wie beschriebene - Unterkunft. Alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden und in einem TOP-Zustand. Wir haben uns in dem Quartier sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und mit sehr viel Liebe und Persönlichkeit eingerichtet. Sauberkeit, Lage, Ausstattung, Bett und Badezimmer waren 1+ mit Sternchen. Alles wunderbar

Das kleine Häuschen hat alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es war alles sauber und es gab keine bösen Überraschungen. Die Lage ist hervorragend (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand). Mehr konnten wir von unserem kleinen Kurztrip nicht erwarten. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohl gefühlt :) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Urlaubstage in Callantsoog

Das Studio ist zwar klein, aber schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, für 2 Personen optimal. Es fehlt an nichts und es ist sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, sie gab uns umgehend einen telefonischen Support nachdem wir das Fernsehen verstellt hatten. Die Lage ist in einem Wohngebiet zwischen Reihenhäusern. Der Aufenthaltsbereich vor dem Studio hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Man sitzt hier offen zur Straße hin und der Geruch aus den davorstehenden Mülltonnen war nicht sehr angenehm. Dafür eine Stern Abzug. Die Strandnähe gleicht das allerdings aus. Da man diese Dinge problemlos abstellen kann, empfehle ich das Studio auf jeden Fall weiter.

Ein vollends gelungener erster Familienurlaub

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Tillema unseren ersten gemeinsamen Familienurlaub mit unserer 5 1/2 Monate alten Tochter verbracht und wir würden es immer wieder machen. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und alles was man so für den Alltag benötigt war vorhanden. Angefangen bei einer top ausgestatteten Küche über das top moderne Badezimmer und das wohl bequemste Bett was wir je in einer Ferienwohnung hatten bis hin zum Beistellbett für unsere Tochter. Der Kontakt mit Frau Tillema war von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde durchweg freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch das gewünschte Feedback wurde aufgenommen. Alle Fragen die so als Mieter anfallen, wurden umgehend (innerhalb von Minuten bzw wenigen Stunden) zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Wir können das Apartment von Frau Tillema jedem ans Herz legen, auch kleinen Familien mit Kindern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann auch für einen längeren Zeitraum.
