"The home was in great condition. It was clean and smelled nice. There were plenty of kitchen and bathroom implements available. The furniture was all in good condition. The neighborhood was nice and we were very comfortable. Would stay again and recommend!"

"The house and property were great! From the cute farm kittens that follow you around outside to the wide open space inside, it was great. It was a lot of fun for our kids to get to pet, play with, and even hold the baby goats (I had fund doing that too)!My only regret is really that we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy all the amenities in the house since we were only there for two nights. We will be planning to go back sometime to spend more time!"

"Our 2nd stay and will be back! Perfect location for what brings us to MO. It’s great to just walk around ash grove for errands! The host and her daughter were 100% amazing. Clean property, near a few trailers, which was never an issue. Great front porch to storm watch and the inside was stocked and comfortable! "

"We arrived late, around midnight, and the front desk was very friendly. He upgraded our room because we are on our to our son's Marine graduation in San Diego. I would definitely recommend."
