Thank you for staying with us, and for your thoughtful comments on how we can improve. This property is under new ownership, and you'll be glad to know we'll have complimentary bikes available to guests very soon. We'll also better communicate about adjacent rooms to manage guest expectations. When the property was renovated in 2014, soundproofing was done in all rooms. It's unfortunate that your experience seems to have been an anomaly with a noisier than average neighbor, since that's not a comment we've gotten before.
