"The upper floor rooms are not as pleasant, i was in moskova room the ceiling is low, poor condition , also you have to climb 32 steps from a sharp stairways to get upstairs . bathroom is super tiny and no Air condition in living room( more important than bedroom) property was advertised to be over 400 sq/ ft but its barely 250 sq/fr , kitchen stove had to be lighted by lighter . "Very nice location on the beach. Helpful friendly staff gave us 2 room options. Located close to all needs and transportation to other locations. Rooms appear brand new and are spacious and comforable. Included breakfast was excellent and so is the restaurant. We booked for 2 nights to try it out and have extended our stay in our 3rd floor full ocean view room."
