I specifically booked this hotel because they said they had a Jacuzzi. They do not. First they said I had to make an appointment and then when I tried to make an appointment, they said no it doesn’t work false advertising and very typical here in Colombia. Clean but pretty lightbulbs cast hospital hue. A different color temperature would have been more a hospitable. I got there at noon, which was three hours before their scheduled check-in and it seemed like they didn’t make any effort to clean a room so I could get in. They just made me wait until three. That’s very unusual.

La habitación tenía un camarote que no permitía ver el espejo. La ducha tenía una mayor auxiliar, la cual tenía fuga. El Hotel no contaba con Gimnasio apropiado, sólo tres máquinas de correr. El sauna no estaba funcionando, porque no había gas. Las opciones de desayuno, muy limitadas. el precio difería con lo que aparecía en la página sin embargo excelente servicial personal.
