Close to Clinic Rey David. Great service and staff

I had already stayed at this hotel when visiting the Clinic Rey David. They have great service, as always the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast is very good compared to other local hotels. Every room is equipped with good quality AC and plenty of channels on the TV. There is always security at the door and the front desk people are very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that hot water wasn't available very late one evening, but it was available in the morning.

OK for the price, but....

Pros: clean, good breakfast for the price Cons: The mattress are old, hard and the inside springs are coming out. We had 2 rooms and all of us got a lot of pain in our back and neck. No windows in the room!!!!

No entregan la habitación que uno reserva

Muy muy mal. La habitación reservada con las imágenes, es decir, cama doble para una persona no fue así, me entregaron una habitación con 3 camas sencillas muy pequeñas e incómodas y nadie pudo solucionarme nada, mi habitación simplemente se la entregadron a otro huesped.

en términos generales el hotel es bueno, buena atención, muy limpio, cómodo, etc, tuve un pequeño inconveniente porque ofrecen parqueadero y no se pudo parquear ahí toco pagar servicio de parqueadero en otro lugar. Argumentaron que el servicio de parqueadero era por disponibilidad, lo cual no decía en el momento de la reserva

For what I paid I was happy. The only problem was the hot water, had to wait late at night or later during the day to take a shower. Other then that it was good.

Nice Reasonably Priced Hotel near Estadio Olimpico

This hotel is very economically priced and near the Estadio Olimpico Pascual Guerrero. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The breakfast isn't a seven-course meal but very acceptable. If you're not looking for a five-star hotel but great value this is the place.

Got to hotel, staff said there was no reservation, hotel was fully booked therefore I had nowhere to sleep for the night. How was there no reservation and I have the confirmation of the reservation??
