Welcome to our lovely Insula Living Loft 502, a cozy and comfortable space where you can rest, work and easily access spectacular city entertainment sites. Just a few minutes walk away you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, museums, churches and tourist areas of the city. If you can't or don't want to go up to the 9th floor of the building and we guarantee you the best view of our beautiful Cali.
The space The 502 is brand new, it is a comfortable place, with excellent lighting and natural ventilation thanks to its high and well-equipped windows that will guarantee your comfort during the stay.
It has two open spaces in two levels. On the second floor you will find a double bed, two closets, portable air conditioning and a working space with desk and chair.
On the first floor you will find a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV that connects to all your favorite streaming services, a small dining table, a closet, a bathroom with a water heater, kitchen equipped with mini fridge, microwave, microwave, coffee maker, pots and all necessary cooking utensils. You are offered coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil.
Guest access The 502 is located in a new building with innovative and functional spaces of which you can use without surcharge such as the exercise area, kitchen area with grill and a spectacular terrace with Jacuzzi on the 9th floor overlooking the entire city.
The building has a laundry area (washer and dryer) in basement 1 paying in cash only $9,500 for each service.
On the same street as the building you will find a laundry room.
Other things to note The building is located in a quiet area where you can rest and work without noise. It is an apartment on a fifth floor, in front of a street with little flow of cars. There will be some noise during the hours allowed of new neighbors and guests.
