Great house to fit a big family

Everything was very clean and as described. Juan came very quickly when we needed a crib set up and explained how to use a few of the features. He was very responsive with questions leading up to the trip and even contacted us regarding something we accidentally left in the house. Really above and beyond.

Best place in Ciudad Jardin

This was a palace ! We were treated to air conditioned rooms, a refreshing pool , and an excellent location . We felt safe , well taken care of , and simply spoiled in our rental . I would recommend this house to families , large groups who want space , comfort and proximity to all the great things in ciudad jardín .

Great place.

Great place to stay. Near crepes and waffles. Walking trails. Lots of beautiful spaces and areas to sit and be comfortable. Internet wifi was strong and effective for podcast/online work. Cons: pool needs to be cleaned daily to be confidently useable. We found towels and no wash cloths. Everything else was great.

Terrible was bitten by bed bugs

Property was great until me and all my guest was bitten by bed bugs.. our arms and back where bitten me my self has over 75 bite marks. While my guest have more. I had to do extensive cleaning of my clothes upon return home.. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and it’s very uncomfortable and annoying dealing with the bed bugs

Great location and hosts

Great location in Cali right across the street from a nice park, quiet safe neighborhood. Hosts are very attentive and are always available to assist you with anything.
