Buenos dias , deberian capacitar al personal al servicio al cliente que pesima atencion mal trato se le pregunto que si no tenia otra habitacion y nos hablo de maleta hostil y descrininatoria como si no tuviesemos como pagar , instalaciones con cucharachas , la cama ruidosa el baño en mal estado y super mal aseado .

Sitio poco agradable

La estadia en el hotel no fue agradable, por las aiguientes situaciones: 1.Llegamos 6 horas antes del check in a lo cual cobraron un valor adicional de 35000, hecho que no es acorde al valor cobrado por la habitacion. 2.El lugar no es limpio, las zonas comunes falta la limpieza y abunda demasiado fuerte el olor a cigarrillo 3. Nuestra habitacion olia demasiado a cigarrillo, ademas contaba con humedad y falta de limpieza. 4.La habitacion sencilla es demasiado pequeña a como se muestra en las fotos.

Hotel limpio, buen servicio pero sugiero más atención y actitud más servicial por parte del personal. Instalaciones incompletas, como regaderas en el baño y agua fría. Pero en general bien en cuanto al costo-beneficio.
