Good for the price
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant but the were working with the limitations of the structure (phone never worked, there was no toilet paper the first day, no hot water until we requested it, there were holes in doors and none of the blinds were intact). We had to contact the staff for every single thing. When we requested that they cleaned the closets (things like dirty socks were left behind), they did such a good job that our things were cleaned out of the room as well. Nothing was lost (everything was kept on a bag at the front desk) but I was pretty shaken that our belongings were taken. Finding a cheap and clean hotel in Colombia can be hard. I would recommend this hotel if you know the limitations and are prepared to deal with them.

La estadía fue perfecta excepto porque en la reservación decía que incluía desayuno y no lo incluye por lo que debimos adicionar el gasto del desayuno que no teníamos incluido en el presupuesto porque en hoteles.com dice que lo incluye
