has direct ocean view.
Those are two stone houses connected , built with traditional Madeiran stone- technique. In the summer it keeps you warm , and at winters the stone gives back the warmth inside.
Our guest can book with us:

You sleep by the ocean side and you hear the ocean which is very relaxing.
Summers are hot, winter is bit rainy but not necessarry.
In the winter Regio Calheta is the best to stay on the island. You get the best temperatures there.
After hot summers ocean gives back its warmth.

Paul do Mar has great micro climate , which is good for astma patients and people with auto immune issues.
We have contract with exterminio company.Even with this, you might encounter some insects in the the summer months.

Fantastisch terras

Super locatie vlak aan de oceaan. Een prachtig roof top terras met zalig zicht. Huisje is prima, indeling is wat complex. Steile trappen om naar de slaapkamers te gaan, maar dit was geen probleem voor ons. Airco in alle kamers aanwezig. Top verblijf gehad.
