Casa da Muda Cottage II

Casa da Muda is located on the west side of Madeira Island.
This unique house is the union of architectural value and authenticity on a sunny slope, between sea and mountains.
Early in the morning, smells and scenery invite you to sit on the porch and relax.
At Casa da Muda you can swim in the pool, eat some seasonal fruits from our trees, as well as chicken coop eggs.
By car you can visit the golden sandy beach of Calheta (20 minutes away) and also drive to the north side of the island and swim in Porto Moniz natural pools.
 
In Ponta do Pargo there are some places of interest to visit, such as Pico Vermelho and Ponta do Pargo Lighthouse.

Eine sehr charmante Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr charmantes Häuschen, mit wunderbaren Ausblick über den Ozean. Es hat alles was es braucht, auch einen Kamin und eine Heizung im Schlafzimmer, die wir absolut gebraucht haben, das Wetter in Februar war stürmisch und kalt.

Descanso

Wir verbrachten 11 Tage in diesem liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Toll, dass die Besitzer bei der Renovierung die Idee hatten einen Extraraum vorzubauen. Dieser macht das Haus größer und bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter einen hervorragenden Platz zum Frühstücken, lesen und aufs Meer schauen. Grandios ist der Garten mit dem fantastischen Pool! (mit Blick aufs Meer!) Sicher kann man den Check-in besser gestalten, mit mehr Ruhe und Konzentration auf die wichtigen Fragen, wie wo ist was im Haus, wie handelt man das mit dem Müll z.B. statt einer aufwendigen Erklärung zum Verlust des Schlüssels. (Haben wir nicht verstanden) Ebenso könnte man die Küche besser ausstatten. Beginnend mit 2 statt einer funktionierenden Herdplatte, mehr Geschirr und mehr Utensilien. Hier zu kochen macht nicht wirklich Spaß, v.a. wenn nicht einmal Salz im Haus ist. Leider sind die Restaurants in der Umgebung alle nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Also am besten daheim Grillen. Die Steaks, das Lamm und die Doraden waren fantastisch und haben auf der Terrasse mit einem gut gekühlten Weißwein fantastisch geschmeckt! Sonnenuntergang inklusive! Wir würden dieses Haus weiterempfehlen.
