Apartment with Sea view T1 Studio
A lovely seaview apartment with two bedrooms and two on-suite bathrooms. Open plan kitchennete to prepare your meals and lounge area. The pool is just to the left of your apartment with ample spaces by the BBQ and pool. A common laundry room is available.
This apartment is part of 4 apartments each separate with their own enterances and terrases.
A parking area for 4 cars, 1 for each apartment. The enterance is steep but one can always park the car on the street and walk down.
The apartment is surrounded by banana plantations. Walking distance, one will find the Engenho Velho restaurant and a 30 minute walk to the beach where there are shops and restaurants. In about 2 minutes , one is by the via Express that taked you all around the island.

Relaxing stay close to the ocean
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment has everything you need and the view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. Everything was very clean and the location of the apartment is very convenient. The pool has a nice size to not just enjoy the view but also to swim some meters.
Good to know: The road to the apartment is very steep, which is quite common on Madeira. It takes a bit of courage, but it is also possible to park the car on the road above and walk the last meters.
