"Stayed in this hotel six times now. The rooms are a good size, very clean. The swimming pool has several sun loungers and the pool is big. The gardens are lovely to sit in. All staff are very friendly and polite. Will most likely return again. Only complaint is no English channels on tv. There are German, Sustrian etc."

It’s perfectly situated in Santa Cruz, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, parks, and the city’s many attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the island.A special thank you to the hosts and the Home2Book team for their professionalism, excellent communication, and hospitality. They made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.This was one of the highlights of our father-daughter trip to Tenerife, and we will always have wonderful memories of our stay. "We decided to stay one night at the hotel prior to attending a music festival and we had a really good time here! The air conditioning worked perfectly (great for summer time and sleeping quality), very clean room, spacious and friendly staff. The only thing to consider is that our room had an external balcony but it could barely fit one person, so don’t get misled to think it’s a big balcony. Besides this, we took the breakfast and it was a decent buffet style with several options to pick from. Overall, we do recommend and would stay here again, but skip the extra fee for the balcony :)"
