  • Unwind in Caledonia at this cozy cabin. Located on 380 acres, with over six miles of hiking trails. Great for bird watching. Great trout fishing on Winnebago and Crooked Creeks within three miles drive. Four miles from Mississippi River boat launch. This gorgeous property features 1 bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 futon. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Very unique cabin. Loved the quietness. Loved the large mowed lawn, fireplace and deck area. Kitchen had all the amenities. Bathroom had plenty of towels and body wash and shampoo. The only recommendation is to have pictures and let people know about the stairs. It was okay for us, but if you weren't aware of them could not be good. Also if there was a small toddler there, not good. but we loved it overall. Nice distance to downtown and to Beaver Creek Valley State Park. Thank you for a great memory!

Very nice, clean cabin with a remarkably well-equipped kitchen. If stairs are an issue for you as they are for me, be aware that the bathroom is in the basement and the bedroom is on the second floor. No railing on the stairs to the bedroom left me climbing on all 4's. Comfortable furniture. Window a/c in bedroom and available fans kept the top 2 floors at at comfortable temperature. The basement area was naturally cool. The bathroom was basic but clean and the shower head is mounted high enough for me at 6'1" to stand under. Plenty of games and DVD's to occupy you on rainy days. Cell service in the area is minimal. I would stay here again except for the stairs, which are not a reflection on the owner, just way the cabin is built.
