"While the location and actual space was what we were looking for the communication with host was the worst we have experienced. There was a terrible water leak in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We messaged the host everyday we were there explaining what was happening and that it was getting worse everyday, we never had a response. The proximity to the sea, as well as to the train and metro stops that take you to any part of Barcelona are just great. The organization of picking up and handing over the key is perfect. "It looks all very new and proper, the flat is roomy enough and very quiet. Nice terrace to chill, nice and clean pool. The best is the total black out: I like a baby! It would be great to have some more cutlery and dishes, in order to be able to fill up the dishwasher and still have things necessary. Maybe one better knife to cook. And fully salt and pepper shakers, it’s kind of not very handy to buy a whole package of salt and pepper for only a couple of days…. It’s inexpensive but...

"El apartamento está precioso y es muy cómodo. El problema es llegar a él ya que debes disponer de vehículo. Si no, como era nuestro caso, el apto se encuentra a 15 minutos caminando de la estación y no por terreno llano, así que debimos usar un taxi cada vez para ir y para volver. Tampoco tiene cerca un super o almacén donde comprar insumos.En resumen, es un apto para gente con vehículo o para gente joven que pueda caminar cargado por más de 15 minutos en camino complicado."

"Realmente es un lugar con hermosa vista al mar. Y cerca de las playas de Badalona. Las auxiliares de limpieza muy atentas y siempre tenían la habitación muy limpia. El personal muy educado. Le doy 5 estrellas porque creo que el lugar y personal lo merece. Pero no puedo dejar pasar el detalle que la habitación en la noche estaba muy caliente. Y por las noches no podía dormir muy bien. No se si lo regulaban para el gasto de energía. Me quejé y solo vi resultado ese día. Además que si vas en pareja debes cuidar no rentar la habitación que tiene las dos camas unidas. Porque las camas se separan y terminas durmiendo en el hueco de la cama. O como en mi caso que tuve que optar por dormir en una cama y mi pareja en la otra separados. Cuando el objetivo era pasarla juntos y no separados. Por lo demás el hotel está localizado en buena área. "
