Avoid this place

Ended up not staying here because we were delayed by traffic on A7 and did not realize we had to make arrangements by 1800 or you were out of luck. I tried calling the hotel to make arrangements to arrive late but no one answered - I am going to contact hotels.com to get my money back. Completely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Do not stay here.
