Where do I start…if you want to stay at a beautiful place with scenic views where the staff tries to robe you at every turn, then this is the place for you. When we first checked in, the front desk called us from a private number insisting that we pay additional money in cash because we weren’t charged the right amount. After we insisted to talk with the owner they said it was okay and we won’t get overcharged. After we finally were able to accommodate, we tried to look for an uber to get to know the area and not uber will come to this area due to the location, Raul which works at the front desk offered to take us and he overcharged us 3 times the amount an uber will charge us.

the staff was super. the facilities well kept. Great location just missing a gym to be perfect. A small detail but nowadays it's a practical necessity the breakfast note it's 5 star, very varied and the staff great, Oscar on the floor with Davison the barista and shining in shot orders Jason the egg preparations were "to taste" impeccably

Good staff, easy to communicate. Great location. Very safe.

Staying at this hotel was the highlight of our visit to Colombia. It is more of a retreat than a hotel. We only booked a single night here because we wanted to spend a day in the Medellin area and close to the airport, but after the first night we cancelled our flights and decided to stay and enjoy this property and their hospitality for an extra 2 days!
