Our stay at the property was perfect. The only issue we encountered was corrected quickly by Jose the property manager. We would definitely stay here again.

Great villa

Villa Ambiente Verde is a lovely villa. The neighbourhood is in development but the road where the villa is, is very pleasant. The other permanent residents are quite friendly too. Very convenient for Pingo Doce supermarket Easy access to A8 motorway for days out. 15 minutes to Obidos or SĆ£o Martinho. Villa is very comfortable and modern. Would recommend.

We enjoyed the house. Since it faced west the sun was very hot to sit outside. We liked being close to A8. A Caldas road map at the house would have been appreciated. Without one it was difficult to find the streets.

House in pristine condition

House appeared new and impeccable. Modern arrangements with all technical remedies (apart from a toaster :) The heated pool was really enjoyable due to a relative cold first week and the see temperature. The size and depth was precisely what our family needed. The nearby supermarket had very good selection of meat, fish and splendid selection of Portuguese wine. The latter is a source of amazement to us as we find it better and with reasonable prices than anywhere else. The nearby area is not particular interesting for a walk in the evening. However there are many places not far away (with car). The local fruit and vegetable market in Caldas da Rainha is very good to visit. Obidos is a must see. Many other places including the Fox do Arelho beach must be visited. The neighbors are very friendly. And generally the area was calm and quiet though in the day time some noise from construction and some factories was to be heard. The flies can be a nuisance but that is common in many other places in the south. We enjoined our stay. The Holm family (64, 53 and 17 years).

Mooi huis voor maximaal 8 personen. Wij waren slechts met zā€™n tweeĆ«n dus hebben meer dan de helft van het huis niet gebruikt:-) Was zeer schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken zowel keuken als slaapkamers. Supermarkt op loop afstand. Ook daar alles te verkrijgen met brood, vis en slagerij afdeling. Omdat wij de laatste twee weken van december 2025 hier waren hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Kortom een mooi verblijf dichtbij centrum van Caldas da Rainha en ook de kust is dichtbij.

Endroit paradisiaque pour la famille

Ce fut un sĆ©jour parfait sur toute la ligne. Maison extrĆŖmement belle, bien entretenue, qui disposait de tous les Ć©quipements, bien situĆ© dans le centre du Portugal (1h de Lisbonne, 30 minutes de NazarĆ©, 2h de Porto). Ɖpicerie, restaurant et commerces Ć  proximitĆ© de la maison. Je recommande Ć  tout ceux qui sont Ć  la recherche de la maison parfaite pour passer de belles vacances au Portugal.

Mooi huis, fijne omgeving

Heel fijn huis in rustige buurt gelegen met supermarkt op loopafstand. Alle leuke plaatsen van zilverkust Portugal gemakkelijk te bereiken. Huis perfect onderhouden, van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie keuken, badkamers. Tuin met voldoende meubilair en heerlijk zwembad. Top verblijf!

Heerlijke vakantievilla

Dit huis heeft alles; het is ruim, praktisch ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij aankomst was alles erg schoon. We hebben genoten van het verwarmde zwembad. Het ligt perfect in de nabijheid van de leuke badplaatsen Sao Martinho do Porto en NazarƩ en op een uurtje rijden van Lissbon. Het huis ligt rustig in een straatje met soortgelijke woningen en op loopafstand is een grote supermarkt. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad in dit huis als uitvalsbasis.

La maison est neuve. De trĆØs belles prestations. Toute moderne et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e. La piscine est chauffĆ©e : au top. Superbe maison, tres belles prestationsā€™ situĆ©e dans un quartier rĆ©sidentiel calme.

La maison est magnifique, propre, Ć©quipĆ©e avec du matĆ©riel de qualitĆ© (mobilier, Ć©lectro-mĆ©nager, literie, ...). La piscine de 8m x 3m environ Ć©tait chauffĆ©e Ć  30 Ā°C environ (attention, elle nā€™est pas sĆ©curisĆ©e). Le quartier rĆ©sidentiel est calme. Un supermarchĆ© est accessible Ć  pied en 5mn. Pour toutes les activitĆ©s, la voiture est nĆ©cessaire (plage Ć  15mn, Lisbonne et Sintra Ć  1h, NazarĆ© Ć  25mn...). Nous Ć©tions enchantĆ©s de notre sĆ©jour et de cette superbe location. Pour information, le propriĆ©taire rĆ©pond rapidement par la messagerie abritel.

Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour.La villa est superbe tout est neuf. Tout Ć©tait propre Ć  notre arrivĆ©e.Elle est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e ,la literie est bonne , le lotissement est trĆØs calme. La piscine est chauffĆ© ~30ā€¢c . Nous Ć©tions trĆØs bien placĆ©s Ć  15 min dā€™Obidos,1h de Lisbonne,1h15 de Sintra 20min de PĆ©niche et 25 min de Nazare ā€¦ Et il y a une grande surface a 5 min.Nous vous lā€™a recommandons sans soucis
