"The rooms were comfortable and practical for our 1 week stay. All of the staff was genuinely warm, helpful and welcoming. The chef Carolina made delicious Brazilian croquettes for breakfast and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of all the other people, but the service was excellent. Laundry machines were useful and in good condition. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and we had an excellent view of the city. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with the warmest welcome. We where able to check in almost 3 hours early which was fantastic given we had been travelling since 2am that morning. The rooms where spotless and there was plenty room to relax. The staff where amazing and always went above and beyond. A massive shout out to Jackie and Jovana. These ladies where fantastic, they always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever to much trouble. These two women never stopped working yet all the time made it feel like you where apart of there extended family. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. "
