Good stay at a standard hotel
Nothing luxurious but definitely did the job. Was very close to the airport which was very convenient and great security. Was a shame that no staff spoke English as they advertised. They also gave us vouchers for welcome drinks which was nice but we didn’t use them. They didn’t let us use a voucher for a Fanta we had from the minibar. The 2nd stay the room was quite cramped. Otherwise the first room was spacious and the breakfast was good both times. A decent stay overall.

Overall ok property. Bar & restaurant onsite, gated access parking. Building is older & not renovated. Very convenient to airport. Nothing in walking distance.

I fortunatelly did not get the gal with the temper that other reviews talk about. The hotel is very conviniently close to the airport. At this point Uber is permited so it was easy to get to the airport. We only stayed for one night. The restaurant is a bit pricey but food was ok. One bottle of water from the mininfridge was USD $4. So take your water if you don't want to pay. Our continental breakfast was included with an omelet. Overall I gave 5 stars because I did not have any issues.

I have stayed here three times over the years. It is a good place, helpful staff, good food and close to the airport BUT it is starting to look a little tired = bathroom fittings, that sort of thing.

Disappointed of Calama
Whilst functional, neat and tidy, the hotel lacked any soul. They stopped serving food in the restaurant late afternoon and offered sandwiches at the bar. We therefore ordered sandwiches which came with fries. Clearly the fries were leftover from lunch and were quite cold. The waitress took the whole order back to the kitchen. They came back sometime later. The fries had clearly been warmed up in the microwave, so were hot but recycled and not fresh. Meanwhile, the sandwiches had gone cold and soggy. They were unfit to eat and and ended up being fed to the stray dogs wandering outside. There was no evidence of an apology and we were presented with a bill for the food! I paid for the food the next morning as I had used the food (to the dogs at least) but withheld the suggested 10% tip. However, on the positive side, the reception staff were as helpful as they could be.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel itself could use a bit of an update. Adequate for one night stay before heading to the airport in the morning. Far from city center, grocery stores and restaurants if you don’t have a car.

This was a really nice hotel close to the airport in Calama. The pool area is a nice spot to hang out outside in the desert heat. The hotel dinner buffet was a bit expensive but it was good. The staff were very helpful.

Old and run down
Booked at the last minute because it was close to the airport. Hotel is old and run down, shabby furniture, no a/c, dirty room. Had to sleep with the window open because it was so warm so we heard dogs barking all night. On the plus side, the dinner buffet was good and reasonably priced and the WiFi worked well. Fortunately the bed seemed clean.

Average airport hotel!! Not much to do around the hotel, room was clean shower was nice and hot however we felt the hotel staff were a little rude and not much English was spoke by them

A very nice and quiet hotel close to the airport. Hotel staff very extremely helpful and always attended to you needs. Room was comfortable and clean. Moderately priced and food and drinks were okay too. Highly recommend this place for the weary traveler.

Room was OK ,but avoid the food!
The hotel itself was OK, the issue I have is with the restaurant. The food caused me to become sick, which is not what you want the nigh before embarking on 16 hours of air travel. There are no other food options near by either. If you do stay here then I would suggest bringing your own food or making a special request for the chef to wash his hands before preparing your meal.

This hotel ticks all the boxes if you are staying in Calama. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The only negative was the woman at check in was just rude.

Breakfast was excellent. Buffet with many hot and cold choices. Room was large and comfortable. The door to the adjoining room could be more soundproof though. Very close to the Calama airport. Would've been nice if the hotel had a shuttle. Overall very good stay.

Basic airport hotel. Convenient but nothing special. Nice staff. Simple breakfast but good. Far from everything but the airport which is not unusual for an airport hotel.

Good hotel for business and hope you have vehicle
The hotel is quite old now and still looks OK. It is good for business even though i find it expansive for what you get. If you have a car it is fine but if not it in not a walking distance from anywhere. It is very close though to the airport and good location if driving to Antofagasta since it is outside the city. There is not a lot of options in Calama any way, so it is OK. Went for dinner and the menu has about 8 pricy choices if you do otnwant to get the bufet that it is worth it if you are hungry. Cheers.

The room was a bit noisy. A cargo train passed just outside my room a couple times a night. Get a room that taces away from the tracks. Everything else was fine.

Old hotel away from town
If you want to stay close to airport this may work for you. However you would be far from town without any food options around. The hotel is old without ac or fan in any of their rooms which in the summer makes the room an oven. The hotel needs a make over but what they really is to train their staff to be more polite. Rude front desk girl makes for a terrible first impression. Not sure I can recommend this place unless you get it for a rock bargain price.

Due to my usual hotel being unavailable, the only available option was Park. The hotel itself is not terrible for being as old as it is. However, the staff could be a lot friendlier and welcoming. They are not. Very little attention to the guests and the service in general and at the restaurant is bad.
