Nice room, but extremely loud at night. Diner was way too expensive for what they gave us. Nearly cold and tasteless. At check-out we couldn’t pay with crefitcard (if you charge prices like this, don’t expect cash!). Very friendly and helpful staff. The young guy was very nice and professional.

Arrive to hotel with no name on the gate. King room we had booked had no windows and no lock on the two sliding doors. We moved to a smaller basic room but at least it had windows. Breakfast was good. Ruins at Becán are amazing.

Town people block the road to the hotel for some reason and couldn’t reach it so I had to go back to Bacalar,the hotel didn’t want to reimburse the money I paid for it!! 👎👎👎

Para empezar , el hotel es otra cosa q en las fotos, esta en total abandono, incluso con cosas rotas , pero lo mas terrible fue q no existen servicios y areas q ofrecen como restaurante, spa, servicio de bicicletas , recepción en el lobby, lavandería, estacionamiento, el desayuno q incluyen nada tiene q ver , es un robo con todo el descaro de la propietaria y una vergüenza que sea mexicana y por eso nos tachen a los mexicanos de rateros

La habitación era muy bonita ; pero si hay varias áreas de oportunidad desde mi punto de vista. En primer lugar la habitación no tiene llave, entonces como que eso te hace sentir medio inseguro en el sentido de que puedan violar tu privacidad (debo decir que son muy respetuosos los del personal), luego había una tina con jacuzzi que tarda muchísimo en llenarse, una de las puertas costaba mucho trabajo cerrarla (eran deslizables). Los cuartos los estaban limpiando muy seguido pero siento que al jardín si le hace falta mantenimiento. En fin, eran detalles como de falta de cuidado pero creo que sí vale la pena el hotel. Por ahora con la construcción del tren hay muchísimo polvo en los alrededores y ruido, eso también hay que considerarlo

Leuk hotel waarin je niet echt slaapt

Hotel dat haar best doet qua presentatie en service (prima ontbijt in mooie tuinpatio) maar vreselijke locatie met erg veel overlast van vrachtwagens en ander verkeer door beroerde isolatie en afwerking van de kamer. Slapen is daardoor erg lastig en kan alleen tussen 00:00 en 05:30 uur.

Il y a de l'imagination, un joli jardin, de belles fenêtres. Les finitions laissent à désirer mais les matériaux sont de qualité. On est un peu au bout du monde mais cela passerait s'il n'y avait pas, depuis 2 ans, l'infernal chantier du train maya... Miriade d'ouvriers et surtout de camions, venant vibrer juste sous les fenêtres, de 6h du matin jusqu'à 22h30, ouille ! Moralité : posez vous là si nécessaire mais ne vous engagez surtout pas sur plusieurs nuits. Car la propriétaire sait ce que veut dire NON REMBOURSABLE...

Leider veraltetes Hotel

Die Anlage war kaum zu finden und leider war nebenan ein Lastwagen-Parkplatz ( Lärm bis 24.00 und ab 05.30 wieder) da die Zugbaustelle in der Nähe ist. Man hatte das Gefühl, die Lastwagen fahren durchs Zimmer! Leider ist die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht in keiner Weise den Fotos! Schade

Es una buena opcion en el umbral de Calakmul. Las instalaciones son adecuadas, pero aún pueden mejorar en el servicio al cliente. Un primer día con muy buen servicio, un segundo día, con el mismo personal, pero con otra actitud.

De accommodatie was zeer verwaarloosd, de fotos op de website geven niet de huidige staat weer. De tuin is overwoekerd, de kamer is slecht onderhouden, evenals de douche. Het personeel (1 jong meisje) sprak alleen wat Spaans. Een voorbijganger op straat maakte ons duidelijk dat er geen mogelijkheid was voor ontbijt diner of wat dan ook. Er was geen internet beschikbaar meer. De deur van de kamer sloot niet, het balkon behorende bij de kamer was niet meer toegankelijk. Zowel de medewerker als de voorbijganger verwezen ons naar een ander hotel verderop.
