Nos enviaron a otro establecimeiento de menor categoria, a través de calles oscuras. No nos dieron ningun tipo de explicación ni de compensación. Un desastre. Lo peor de todo es que nos pareció una practica habitual: Reservas en el establecimiento bonito y luego te envian al establecimiento de menor categoria que nadie ha reservado porque es malo.

Les cabanes correspondent aux conforts qu on s attendait. Endroit proche de l entrée de calakmul. Lors de l utilisation de l eau chaude, une odeur importante de gaz était présente dans la cabane. En allant voir derrière, le chauffe-eau est en très mauvais état. Autre point négatif, le gérant n a pas arrêté de nous demander de payer la nuité alors qu hôtels nous avait prélevés. Il a fallu presque 1h pour prouver que le règlement était fait !!!

La amabilidad del encargado y su esposa, se esfuerzan por atenderte pero es necesario en temporada alta les autoricen personal. En vacaciones de invierno, hace bastante frío (no es broma) en las habitaciones, por lo que es recomendable llevar frazadas o solicitarlas. Solicite mi factura, entregue mis datos y no llegó.

They did not respect our booking

They ripped us off! We arrived with a reservation for two cabins to host 4 people and they didn't have them. They managed to get one cabin with two beds instead. Then they demanded payment for the two cabins saying they charge per person. The people on site don't have any control on the reservations or anything. We kind of felt sorry for the employees but that doesn't change the fact that they double booked and ripped us off.

A notre arrivée, après 5 heures de route,le propriétaire nous annonce qu'il n'a pas de place pour nous. Il n'a même pas essayé de nous aider à trouver un hébergement en remplacement. La piscine est verte, je déconseille fortement.

OK before a trip to Calakmul

Good location close to the entrance of Calakmul. Accommodation is basic. Even if it is located a few blocks from the main road, you can hear some loud trucks at night (and dogs), but this will affect everyone in the small village.

Incroyable séjour authentique!

Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour ! Super expérience dans une cabane hyper fonctionnelle avec eau chaude et excellente literie. Bon accueil et bon petit-déjeuner. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel en vue d’une visite du site de Calakmul!

Really nice cabins, basic but clean and with anything one can need for a few days in a remote town. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious, we loved the breakfast and dinner we had for these two days. They can also easily arrange tours to Calakmul

Ich empfehle die Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer perfekten Lage für den Besuch von Calakmul. Ganz in der Nähe zur Zufahrt zu den Ruinen. Die Hütten sind sehr rustikal, haben aber Elektrizität und warmes Wasser. Für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht. Dieses war jedoch so schmal, dass selbst ein Paar dort nur eng umschlungen hätte nächtigen können. Der Besitzer hat daraufhin ein weiteres Bett von insgesamt 3 in der Hütte bezogen. Auch bekamen wir am nächsten Morgen ein einfaches Frühstück (Kaffee, 1 Hotcake und 1 Banane). Allerdings war der Preis, den wir in bar an den Vermieter zahlen mussten, letztlich viel höher als ursprünglich von Expedia angegeben. Abendessen gab es nicht, auch keine Getränke wie Bier. Wir mussten noch mal mit dem Auto losfahren, um relativ weit entfernt zu Essen und paar Bier zu kommen. Ich empfehle dringend, sich vor Anreise zu bevorraten.

El lugar es muy bueno para quien desee estar cerca de Calakmul y hacer un descanso antes de visitar las ruinas o bien al salir de las mismas. Esta rodeado de naturaleza, llegar es muy facil, yo hice mi check in a las 21:00PM pro un momento no salía nadie pero después aparacio Chendo, el vive a unos 100mts de distancia y es el encargado, una persona muy amable. Recomiendo lleven efectivo no aceptan pago con tarjeta y el internet es algo complicado. La habitación es buena pero a ser sinceros estaba sucia debajo de la cama (insectos muertos y la ropa de la cama creo ya deberían cambiarla. Sugiero antes de la llegada de cada huésped limpiar muy buen debido a qué hay muchos insectos. Yo pondría de calificación a mi estadía un 7.5 pero si regresaría.

Les cabanes sont dépourvues de toute isolation phonique (pas de fenêtre notamment). Malheureusement pour moi, la nuit où j'ai réservé les canards ont décidé de cancaner toute le nuit. J'ai fini ma nuit dans la voiture (mieux isolée). A propos de la cabane toujours, la chambre était sale, les lits douteux (tâches, insectes, cheveux) et la douche juste nulle (pommeau encrassé avec jet faible et aléatoire, rideau déchiré), etc. Par ailleurs, le jardin n'est pas clos. Les animaux (chats et chiens) affamés du quartier peuvent donc y accèder librement. Ils sont mignons mais affamés, ne vous laissant aucune possibilité de manger dans le jardin sans vous sauter dessus. Quant au propriétaire, il est reparti aussi vite qu'il a pu, sans donner la moindre explication si ce n'est, à la volée, un code wifi qui s'est révélé erroné... Aucun moyen de joindre le propriétaire pendant le séjour que je n'ai vu qu'au moment du paiement. Accessoirement : la piscine annoncée est fermée, le jardin est occupé en son centre par un énorme trou,... En bref, très mauvaise expérience dans cet hébergement bien trop cher par rapport à la qualité de ce qui est proposé.

Cabañas con todo lo que necesitas en Calakmul

Cabañas que tienen todo lo que necesitas para tu descanso. Los dueños son gente muy agradable y serviciales. Desayuno completo. Las cabañas están a 2 min del acceso a Calakmul. Si quieres visitarlo, este es tu alojamiento sin lugar a dudas.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung von Calacmul. Das Hotel ist sehr basic aber es gibt alles was man braucht! Das Besitzer-Paar hat uns liebevoll ein wunderbares Lunsch zubereitet. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, auch weil die Alternativen im hohen Preissegment in Xpujil nicht mehr Konfort bieten und weniger authentisch sind. Mit Google-Maps kann man die Unterkunft sehr gut finden!

El alojamiento está realmente cerca de la entrada a Calakmul, en una zona muy tranquila. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Cenamos allí y bebimos unas cervezas a un muy buen precio, la cena riquísima. El desayuno incluido en el precio fue el mejor desayuno en mis 13 días recorriendo México. Aconsejo este alojamiento sin duda alguna

Très bien !

Agréable petit cabanon à la campagne. Simple et sobre, mais avec tout le confort. Grande salle de bain très propre. Pas de climatisation certes, mais cela n’a absolument pas été gênant car grand ventilateur au plafond très efficace. Wifi en terrasse devant le bungalow. Le jardin n’est pas encore complètement aménagé, mais cela va certainement se faire. Excellent repas le soir (petit-déjeuner également), fait sous nos yeux, « comme à la maison » pour une somme vraiment très modique. Dès notre arrivée, de très bons conseils nous ont été donnés pour les visites (à 5 minutes de la route pour Calakmul).

Struttura carina in contesto rurale caratteristico. La famiglia proprietaria è stata molto ospitale, salvo qualche difficoltà di comunicazione. Unica pecca, al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che la camera prenotata mesi prima era stata assegnata ad altri e ci è stata data una camera non completamente terminata (mancava la zanzariera al letto e il lavandino non era collegato allo scarico..). Esperienza che comunque rifarei vista l'autenticità e la gentilezza della famiglia.
