"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"Good location and close to where we needed to be. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, and our room was quite basic but the size was perfect for our family (two adults and one child). "The view from this apartment is stunning. Really a luxury. The apartment it’s self, the lounge and kitchen space is too small, too much furniture cramped in. 3 bedrooms are squashed into this apartment and it really needed more living space. The cafe and restaurant are lovely and overall we enjoyed this stay. "
