"The location was excellent, really close to the beach, bars, restaurants, museums, casino, marina and castle!! The room was modern, spacious, exceptionally clean, good air con, and well presented. The hot tub was a great addition and a really good size! Only draw back was a little noisy at night, but not the fault of accommodation, a small price to pay for the perfect location. "I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night due to a late flight and my other hotel reservation falling through. The night receptionist Andrada was so wonderful and kind - she helped me with a room and made sure I got in it for a restful sleep. I can’t thank her enough! in a stressful situation like that, this kind of customer service makes all the difference in the world. The breakfast was really good, very fresh and included lots of fresh products, so you could have a great and fulfilling start to your day. Also I would like to thank the day reception for the possibility of a late checkout, as my flight left late at night. I felt so safe, so well taken care of and would definitely stay here again for the amazing customer service! Also the location is perfect - right near the beach and old town, supermarkets around the corner with excellent connections for any daytrips. So a high recommendation from me 😊🙏"

"Very comfortable apartment with lovely view of the sea from the living room. Minor criticism. No waste bin in the bathroom. No bedside table in the single bedroom. Towels could do with replacing. Minor issues which do not put us off hoping to return next year. Not a pretty area but very convenient if you want to be close to the beach and enjoy swimming.Oscar very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions."
