"I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"My parents are buried in Horning, so Norfolk has lots of memories. I decided I wanted to celebrate my 60th in Winterton on Sea. We’ve stayed in various cottages in the area, but Larner’s Lodge was by far the best bungalow. We had to stay in the Fisherman’s Return on our first night, so took a sneaky peak at the outside of Larner’s Lodge later that day. Situated down a private driveway, set in a very pleasant location. The bungalow was clean, spacious the perfect place to stay for my 60th....

"What an amazing place Vespers is. The location is perfect right on the river but close to Potter Heigham. We have a boat and we were able to moor it right outside the property. Inside the place is very spacious. We particularly enjoyed eating in the separate dining room. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including glasses for every occasion!! We would definitely recommend the property if you are wanting to come to Norfolk."

"We know Horning and have a boat there. We didn't know this property, and found it extremely well situated, and comfortable, with very good river views (including of our boat across the river!). We spent a total of 4 nights here and our stay was amazing, the house has easy access to the seafront and the high street which are all in a 5 minute walking distance which makes it a great place to stay for families, but just as a comment it could do with some grass in the garden for dogs. "Booked literally a day before we arrived.....very quick communication with hosts. Easy check in, caravan was immaculate. 6 of us in the caravan and it still felt really spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to beach and really close to all the activities on the Haven site. Will definitely use again in the future."
