"Overall the hotel was nice but certain staff were a bit short. We arrived at 3:15pm and went to check in, the lady said check in is at 4 and walked away. As of 45 mins early is crazy. Anyways another person more politely offered to store our luggage, but they acted like we were trash on their foot. Breakfast was great, those staff were wonderful. "

Note that the hotel is on the south side of Madalena and it was about a 20 minute walk to the harbor/main area of town."
