This wonderfully refurbished cottage is your perfect beach get away!

Just a couple of blocks stroll from the beach and boasts a huge private, sparkling, swimming pool with sun chairs and multiple shaded outdoor entertaining areas to laze the day away!

A renovated kitchen complete with gas cooking and servery to the outdoor area. Double door fridge with ice maker. A beautiful tiled bathroom featuring a walk in shower and a Japanese bathtub. Air conditioned throughout and covered parking for multiple vehicles including a boat or motorhome!

Only 250m back from beautiful Holloways Beach this gorgeous three bedroom beach cottage has been lovingly refurbished. Full kitchen, full laundry, work desk, internet and three queen sized beds. Split system air conditioning in every bedroom & lounge. A large sofa in the lounge. Huge fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker. An amazing outdoor entertaining set up with multiple shaded dining & BBQ areas. Beautiful large pool to cool off in. Public transport, local cafes and shops including take away and liquor stores are literally right on the doorstep of this fantastic home.

Heaps of covered parking with an extra large carport perfect for a boat or caravan with dual gate access from the road.

Note: The second bathroom is attached to the property but only accessed externally. Housed within the laundry, both a shower and toilet, it is perfect to wash the sand and salt off you from the beach and for use when wet from the pool.
Please also note the main bathroom has a japenese style tub - this is not a full horizontal bath tub.

couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Location was perfect. The house itself was amazing, very clean, comfy beds, spacious, beautiful kitchen. The highlight of course being the pool, which we made good use of everyday.The host (Rachel) made us feel very welcomed into her home. Overall 10/10 and would definately stay there again.

Nice big cottage in a very convenient location, had some great features - lovely pool, outdoor/alfresco area, big bedrooms, great air con and ceiling fans, lovely kitchen and lots of nice kitchen staples in the cupboards. Had a couple of issues with dishwasher and lights, but Rachel was quick to address. Very close to the two cafes in town, pizza shop, beach and easy to get in and out of. Thanks

Lovely beach cottage hideaway in Holloways Beach!

Funky beach house, with a fabulous lagoon pool, great patio area, awesome kitchen and bath! Very clean, easy communications with Rachel, and 2 blocks to beach! It was a bit farther to Cairns than anticipated- 12-15 minutes depending on traffic, but otherwise a lovely stay.

Loved our stay at this gorgeous home, everything we needed was there, thank you. Communication was 100%. There was a little pizza shop across the road, a laundromat (for the dryer) there, a great walk track along the esplanade and beautiful cafe on the beach. A little 4 square not too far away for guests to cook their own dinners/lunches Thank you very much .. We loved the pool too 💕

Nice home in a not so quiet spot

Was expecting two bathrooms as advertised but one was inside and the other outside in the laundry, which kids didn’t want to use. The pool is great but we needed to clean the debris off the bottom before using it. Had some cockroach issues so bought a can of surface spray which worked well. Unfortunately the home is located on a busy street so noisy traffic and restaurant across the road with drunk patrons created to the noise at night. Overall had a comfortable stay but there was disappointment for the money we paid to be honest.

Ideal location, not far from the city, great for fishing, quiet neighbourhood. The house was ideal for 4 adults & 1 baby, outdoor areas, especially by the pool very relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, with good sized fridge. The owner of the property was very helpful throughout our stay. We would consider renting this property again.

Rachel was so easy to work with and had great, timely communication. She calls it a "cottage" but it is a really nice home with a lot of nice updates. Our family of 5 (kids age 12, 10 and 7) had plenty of room inside and out. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The patio area is huge and would be great for hosting a bbq. I would recommend this property! Holloway's Beach is a small, quiet beach community with a few restaurants and small stores and doesn't have a lot to offer. There is more conveniences within a 10 min drive in Smithfield or Trinity Beach if your looking for that. Thank you Rachel!
