This is a quirky, older style house, right on the beach. It has a really lovely aspect and big back deck, opening right out on to the beach (but you can't swim because of stingers/crocs). It's a great family place. The pool is very nice.
For over $1,000 a night we were surprised the owner hadn't fixed basic things like stuck windows and doors, and a broken shower hose and leaking shower head (particularly where there had been earlier complaints).
Overall, you are paying for location, which is great.
Note: there's quite a lot of aircraft noise from about 6am.
Communication etc from the agent (Freeman's Residential) was excellent.
