"Rooms are spacious and clean and staff is pleasant. The bathroom was the only con depending on who you’re traveling with as the shower and toilet are separated but share a sliding door (that doesn’t stay closed)."

"We had an amazing stay at Rock House. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the beautiful endless outdoor pool with breathtaking ocean and beach views…absolutely perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos and can’t wait to come back!"

"Our stay was very good, the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The two things that I would like to see improved are the accommodations and the beach chase lounges. The room that I stayed in was a bit dated as were the chase lounges on the beach. Both could use an upgrade. "

"The room is huge and clean with good amenities. The maids did a very good job daily. There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store). The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on. I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety. I did not feel any concern. The front of the property is in the heart of Grace Bay; the back side and back are surrounded by natural vegetation and construction sites—nothing to be concerned about. My point for improvement is the building's overall maintenance. It seems the lift has not been working for a while. For a 3-star hotel, I think they deliver enough. There are no hidden fees or surprises. All the information was included on the booking post. Overall, I am pretty happy with the stay. To the management: improve the maintenance, and your hotel will be a rockstar."

"Nevhm, I’m spelling her name wrong but from England was one the best staff and made my trip very warm and comfortable. Very attentive and very communicative. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only draw back, no private chair area on the beach."
