We simply were not told that the hotel is filled with migrants and homeless. Windows either locked or broken, perhaps to stop theft. Buggies and pushchairs fill 1st floor lobby next to lift. While the kitchen was adorable and fully loaded, we did not realize you had to climb ladder-like steps to get to it. The toilet made a very loud noise when flushed. However, the hosts are incredibly lovely and could not have been kinder or more helpful.
