May be difficult to find and 20kms outside Cafayate, but it is worth the effort. We were offered tasting of their wines before dinner. Arrived late but were blown away by the stunning location when we woke. In the canyon with views of the Quebrada de Cafayate and the vines in the foreground. Arizona meets Cape winelands.Quiet and restful. So much so, we were reluctant to leave.
The hotel looks new and is fitted out with local timber features, beautifully made desks, tables and bathroom sinks.
My husband and I travelled around much of Argentina,Chile, Uruguay and Brazil over four weeks and this was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in.
