"Beautiful older hotel. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. They have done a fantastic job of ensuring that people who have accessibility needs have options, but that the historic charm is also maintained. Very good food, served in a beautiful historic setting!"

"Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. The food in the attached restaurant/ pub was good, though the service was hindered by only 1 person doing everything, hotel check in and restaurant duties."

"This house was so comfortable! Wish we could have stayed longer. Right on the main road into Beddgelert - so easy access to pubs and shops. But also quiet and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the patio for breakfast and dinner and even just to relax - the river is beautiful and we loved seeing the cows across the way coming down to drink. The kitchen was well-equipped - we cooked breakfast every morning and several dinners during our 5 night stay. Street parking out front was easy (and free). Would definitely stay here again! "

"Hotel in brilliant position we had everything we needed. Atrium for breakfast with views of the whole of Llanberis was stunning. Breakfast very fresh and varied. Our only complaint would be evening meal did not come up to expectations. Advertised as served with salad. A flat bread with minute bits of salad. A disappointment.. Quite pricey. The hotel and staff were great. "
