Good hotel

Check in was complicated since we were request to submit the information 3 times online and when a same email is used the reservation system creates errors hence was more difficult the entire process. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, but she was there only in regular working hours after she leaves No one answers phone calls or messages after 6 pm. Hotel was in a great location.

Booked last minute. Second time here and will stay again. Everything was easy and went smoothly. Close to everything you would need or want in Cadiz. Local restaurants offering a wide variety and plenty of bars. Lots to see all within walking distance. Staff should you see or need them are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay

Fantastic location and a very nice property. The check in process looked like it was going to be difficult, but it was actually easy and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Alejandra. The pool deck was nice to visit on a hot afternoon for a dip. The kitchen was also well equipped. The only bad thing to note was a bad odor emanating from the bathroom. But it was fine as long as you kept the door closed.

Great location in old town Cadiz. Room was not ready at checking time due to cleaning service running behind schedule. Noisy rooms, we could hear people talking on the next room. System to enter into the building was out of service, thus the only person at the reception desk had to come and open the door. At times the reception desk was unattended.

This is where to stay in Cadiz!

This place is perfect!! The location is great and a close walk from the train station. Very clean rooms there is also a pool on the roof with a unique view of the church.

Fantastic place. I booked late as ferry broke down. The accommodation is spot on everything you will need. Very clean and tidy and short distance to everything you might require.
