"Nice, clean property"

"We were supposed to be staying in an ADA room. It was not. We went to Walmart and purchased a shower chair and a handheld shower wand. The building itself is not in good shape. We will not stay here again. "

"Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Hair on tub and towels. "

"Bathroom floor by shower could use a good scrubbing with bleach and carpet had spills on it, light bulb missing from lamp which made it really hard for me to read in the room. Only had a tiny bit of toilet paper left on roll but luckily there was one spare roll. Shower was extremely slippery with no rubber mat to put down so we used a bath towel to prevent falling in shower. Nice other than these few issues."

"I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. We waited in the car. Finally at 3:35 she was done. We go in and got settled. We had to tiptoe in the room bc the floors were wet. There were little gnats throughout the room. Really not a big deal. But we were already frustrated. Then the TV wouldn’t work. They came in and fixed it after some time but it was nearly 5 before we could actually get settled. Our room was right next to the office so it was SO loud. We heard everything. Sirens all night. People. Just so loud."
