Lovely property with the sweetess hostess. There is no elevator but she helped me lift my suitcase to the upper floor. Rooms are cozy, clean and most importantly warm enough in the cold mountain weather. Parking is super close by and so are shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here

HORRIBLE
EXAGERADAMENTE CARO !!! 90ā‚¬ por una habitaciĆ³n que a lo sumo deberĆ­as pagar 25ā‚¬. Las fotos NADA que ver con la realidad, todo viejĆ­simo, ni siquiera hay recepciĆ³n (un timbre/portero) escaleras complicadas para ir con maletas (nada de ascensor como publicitan), la habitaciĆ³n incĆ³moda, enana y huele fatal ya que da a un patio diminuto con salida de humos. NO REPETIRƉ JAMƁS y evidentemente no lo recomiendo. El chico que nos recibiĆ³ muy majo y serĆ­a lo Ćŗnico bueno del lugar

DECEPCIƓN TOTAL!!!
Precio excesivo por lo que ofrecen. BaƱo sucio y atascado, y las ventanas de la habitaciĆ³n dan a la salida de humo de la cocina de abajo. La noche por 80ā‚¬, totalmente desproporcionado. Hemos hecho una ruta por el norte de 15 dĆ­as y fue el peor con diferencia.

Clean simple ho(s)tel with friendly owner. Our room had a nice new bathroom cornered off by glass walls. Location right in the centre of Las Arenas so no parking in front of the door but on the free large public car park at 5min walk. Sound insulation is not the best and there is not enough space to hang your towels, apart from that itā€™s all good.

Que dejen la puerta de la habitacion abierta despues de hacer las camas. La luz del baƱo hacia destellos todo el dƭa. Habian muchas mas habitaciones libres y nos dieron una con dos camas pudiendo haber dormido mejor en una cama de matrimonio, no fue que no hubieran simplemente no nos la quisieron dar. La habitacion es antigua y vimos las demas mucho mas modernasy alguna daban al exterior y la nuestra a un patio interior sin vistas. En general no nos ha gustado.

La ubicaciĆ³n es muy buena aunque no tiene aparcamiento a pie de hotel, pero hay un aparcamiento en la calle a 5 minutos. El personal es muy amable y la habitaciĆ³n para 3 es grande, tiene sofĆ” y baƱo en la habitaciĆ³n. Las camas son cĆ³modas y apenas se escucha ruido

El trato por parte de los huĆ©spedes ha sido excelente la localizaciĆ³n ejemplar, tuvimos dudas sobre que visitar y nos ayudaron de manera expectacular, con un trato familiar y amigable. 100% recomendable tanto para parejas como para familias. Lo Ćŗnico malo son las escaleras ya que no hay ascensor y que las habitaciones estĆ”n mal aisladas acĆŗsticamente el resto una relaciĆ³n calidad precio muy buena.
