"The views are beautiful. The room itself, a studio in our case, was spacious, up to date, and had everything we needed. The staff was very grinding and accommodating. I was a bit disappointed and frustrated with the selection of TV channels in the room. The system was awkward, and the World Cup was not carried on channels I could get. They were available at the bar in the Oceana restaurant, however. The wifi was pretty reliable. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves a lot. Be prepared, if you come to Costa Rica, at least in the Guanacaste area, the food is EXPENSIVE. It's almost impossible to have a meal anywhere for less than $20 per person, and very easy to spend $100 on a dinner for two."

"Relaxing and enjoyable place with fantastic staff. The management are fantastic and whilst we visited there was a storm which they checked in and we're always responsive to needs. The pool area is lovely and relaxed. The one disappointment was the room did have a few issues with loose doors, drawers and a toilet flush that was always hissing. And right now there was lots of construction directly outside our room. However it's a charming little place."
